Choc Chip Cookies
// gluten free, vegan
1.5 cups almond meal
1/2 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
1/4 cinnamon
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
dash vanilla essence
handful of chopped ceremonial cacao / choc chips
INGREDIENTS
preheat oven to 180 degrees
combine all the ingredients in a bowl
(optimal) pop in the fridge for 20 minutes to harden slightly [minimises spreading while baking]
roll into balls [about 12-14] & place on a lined tray
indent with a fork
bake for 8-10 minutes until golden
let cool for 10 minutes to set
