Triple Chocolate Slice

// gluten free, vegan

❋ choc base

  • 1.5 cups almond flour/meal

  • 2 tbsp cacao powder

  • pinch of salt

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1ish tbsp melted coconut oil

INGREDIENTS

❋ chocolate caramel

  • 3/4 cup almond butter

  • 5-6 medjool dates

  • 1 heaped tbsp cacao powder

❋ chocolate top

  • melted dark chocolate

    OR

  • ceremonial cacao, tsp honey, tsp coconut oil

  1. pit your dates & just cover with boiling water to soften, set aside to soften

  2. combine your base ingredients well, press into a lined tin

  3. mash your dates (& the water) with a fork until smooth, add in the remaining caramel ingredients, mix well!

  4. layer the caramel over your base layer

  5. meanwhile, melt your chocolate (sweeten if desired) & pour over your slice

  6. sprinkle over some sea salt & set in the fridge until the chocolate hardens

  7. slice
