Welcome! I'm Jena, a BHSc-qualified Nutritionist with a passion to help others improve their health and reconnect with their bodies.

Through my own health stressors of sudden acne, digestive issues and anxiety in my early twenties, I come from a place of understanding. After years of appointments and thousands spent on supplements; a functional test forever changed my perspective on healing. Today, my skin is glowing, my digestion optimal and I am calm and regulated within my nervous system.

I support and challenge my clients to prioritise their health through a new lens. Focussing on the foundations to build resilience, vibrancy and honour their bodies.

I take a holistic approach to my practice, integrating nutrition, mindset, nervous system regulation and movement. Using pathology and functional testing, I uncover deeper imbalances to help my clients reclaim their health.
